ABOUT BDYWC
Byron Dorgan Youth Wellness Center is a 501(c)(3) organization that operates on a budget comprised of donations, fees, and membership dues. All proceeds given are used to provide youth fitness training and maintain our remarkable facility.
Due to our remote location, BDYWC has become a highlight of our community. Personal and community investments in health will ensure that our facility continues to be a safe, modern place for members of all ages to lead healthy lifestyles daily.

Our Founding Story
The Byron Dorgan Youth Wellness Center (BDYWC) was founded in 2011 to promote healthy lifestyles in the Turtle Mountain area. Located in the heart of Belcourt, BDYWC has become a community hub for members to better their health and interact with one another in a safe space.

Why BDYWC Exists
BDYWC is the one only of its kind within a 200-mile region. The facility was created through a loan from the United States Department of Agriculture and earmark discretional funding from Senator Byron Dorgan, who the center is named after.
