Group Training

Group training is an ideal way to stay motivated, meet new people and have fun while working out. BDYWC group training serves youth groups, teams, women’s groups, and 3 or more athletes looking to train together.

Groups are more likely to keep you accountable with working out, learning how to structure a workout, and new movements that are introduced frequently. Several workouts may include games or upbeat music to create fun challenges amongst the group.

This can be a great way to start your fitness journey if you don’t want to work out alone. Not only will you be more likely to commit, but it provides motivation and community that you can only find here at BDYWC. We are devoted to creating exciting, safe, and educational programming for our groups.
